Return & Refund Policy

At Satya Collections, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase/delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Innerwear or personal-use garments
  • Customized or altered clothing
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items damaged after use

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged products (subject to stock availability).
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value or pay the difference.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via phone within 7 days.
  2. Provide purchase proof and product photo (if damaged).
  3. Wait for approval instructions before sending or returning the item.

6. Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Satya Collections reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
